This time of year begs for comfort food that warms and fills you, but also tastes amazing.  This recipe hits the spot.  Our WWL Herbes de Provence and Lavender Balsamic Vinegar give it a perfect hint of lavender to give this baked cannellini dish a unique spin.  Warm up some leftover holiday ham, add a loaf of artisan bread and a salad, and you have a flavorsome meal that is ready for the table in under an hour!

Garlic & Herb Cannellini Beans w/ Lavender Balsamic Vinegar


  • two cans (10.6 oz each) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp WWL Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hard Italian cheese, your choice
  • 1 Tbsp WWL Herbes de Provence
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes, optional
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Transfer to a 9×9 oven-proof serving dish.
  • Bake, stirring halfway through, for about 30 mins.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Serve & enjoy!
